Your First Week at Buena
Monday morning.
"Here's your laptop. I've assigned you a Linear project, everything you need to get started." You spend 30 minutes reading. Your first two companies are new portfolio acquisitions in Magdeburg and Hamburg.
Monday afternoon.
You call Maria, the Hamburg team lead. 8 employees, outdated software. She asks if Buena can auto-generate monthly reports for an owner with 340 units currently built in Excel, half a workday each month. You request a sample.
Tuesday.
You scope the report feature with Jakob, our Product Manager. Two days of development to make it one-click. You drive it from idea to deployment plan. You call Markus in Magdeburg he needs help with recruiting. You coordinate with Anna, our recruiter. Posting is live, 10 candidates already contacted.
Wednesday.
You receive the financial data for your two companies. Combined revenue: €1.2M annually. Your task: increase the margin from 4% to 35% through Buena software integration and unit growth. You go over the import template a CSV to migrate master data into Buena.
Thursday–Friday.
You book transport and hotels. Two days Hamburg, two days Magdeburg. You pack. Tomorrow: Hamburg.
