With B2BMG Lead Cloud, we manage the full process - from activation and orchestration to validation and CRM-ready delivery - across channels and markets. On top of that, B2BMG Lead Lift adds an integrated AI Agent layer that transforms leads into clear, actionable next steps for sales teams - not just data, but decision-ready intelligence. Everything integrates seamlessly into existing customer environments - without additional platforms or complexity. Operating globally across data, technology, and regulated environments, we place a strong focus on compliance, data protection, and ownership in building reliable, scalable systems.

Your Mission

• Take full ownership of all legal matters across B2B Media Group - supporting and shaping a fast-scaling, international business at the intersection of data, technology, and AI
• Work directly with leadership on contracts, compliance, and data protection - ensuring speed, clarity, and legal robustness across all operations
• Build and evolve legal structures that scale with the business - from commercial agreements to international frameworks and AI-related topics
• Act as a true business partner - not just reviewing, but enabling decisions, reducing complexity, and helping teams move faster
• Drive clarity in a dynamic environment - balancing legal precision with pragmatic execution

Data Protection & IT Law

• Overall responsibility for all data protection and privacy-related topics
• Ownership of the data protection legal setup across our group companies
• Coordination and collaboration with external Data Protection Officer and lawyers
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating of data processing agreements, amendments and assessments
  

Contract & Commercial Law

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all types of commercial contracts, including cooperation agreements, license agreements, T&Cs, NDAs and other client or partner contracts
• Ownership of contract controlling processes in close cooperation with the Finance team
  

Corporate Law & Employment Law

• Close collaboration with the HR department on labor law matters as well as guidance in developing internal policies for employees
• Legal support of corporate bodies in cooperation with Finance
• Responsibility for corporate law obligations, including drafting shareholder and supervisory board resolutions, and obtaining required approvals and signatures

• Qualified lawyer or comparable legal qualification (First Law Examination)
• 1-5 years of professional experience as in-house counsel or in a law firm
• Strong knowledge of data protection law (GDPR), commercial and contract law
• Solid understanding of corporate and employment law
• Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and a pragmatic business mindset
