WHAT YOU WILL DO
Drive and execute our Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) process
Develop patent search strategies, conduct structured searches, analyze and evaluate relevant patents, and help perform IP clearance and risk assessments
Support the continuous development of our IP portfolio
Contribute to identifying protectable innovations, structuring IP opportunities, and strengthening our defensive position in alignment with our technology roadmap & IP strategy
Analyze the patent and technology landscape
Monitor relevant players and emerging technologies to derive insights for our technical strategy
Translate complex findings into decision-ready insights
Create clear, structured IP reports for executive management and technical leadership
Improve our innovation and IP processes
Identify improvement opportunities and help implement scalable, efficient workflows
WHAT YOU BRING
Enrolled Master's student (m/f/d) in Management & Technology, Aerospace, or a comparable technical field
Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to work on complex technical topics
Hands-on, self-driven, and reliable working style with a high level of ownership
Solid background in technology and innovation management
Initial experience with intellectual property, patent research, or technology analysis is a strong plus
Strong interest in electric aviation and novel aircraft concepts
Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand new and complex subjects
Excellent written and spoken English skills
