Owning a pivotal creative role that connects conceptual, crafting, and production skills to develop and deliver effective ideas for national and international brands
Conceptual thinking and solutions development for major brand initiatives across all modern touchpoints
Development of strong brand identities, innovative campaign looks, and digital concepts
Design of on-brand visuals for social media, CRM, websites, platforms, and more Leadership of photo and film productions, including concept development and supervision
Collaboration with Strategy, UX, Copy, and Tech teams – hands-on and highly collaborative
Quality assurance from the first sketch to the final execution
Contribution to pitches and new business projects
Your profile
4–5+ years of agency experience with first creative leadership experience and a strong portfolio
Strong visual imagination, excellent design skills, and a solid understanding of modern holistic branding
Confident use of common AI tools for creating images, videos, and animations, including critical evaluation and optimization of results
Know-how in digital communication and current UX design trends
Experience working with large, international brands and cross-functional teams
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
Figma is a plus
Passion for innovation, emerging media, and creative excellence
Fluent German and English (negotiation-level)
