These are your responsibilities:
- You will work closely with our Founder & CEO, key stakeholders, and the group’s executives to ensure the smooth running of our global organization.

- You will organize all senior management travel, management meetings, follow up on action points, and develop special project plans while collaborating closely with our international teams in every country we are active.
Your profile:

- Assertiveness and resilience are part of your daily approach, yet above all, you bring positive energy and a good sense of humor.
- You are equally fluent in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- You are able to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously while staying calm and composed.
- Acting with loaned authority and a natural service mindset, you keep key stakeholders engaged and accountable, ensuring our group duties and schedules are met.
