We are building a world-class technology team in Amsterdam and are looking for a Product Owner (m/f/d) who combines customer obsession, analytical thinking, and execution excellence to help shape the future of our platform.


Your mission

As Product Owner (m/f/d), you will own key areas of the Bluumy product experience, helping parents discover the right content, insights, and learning opportunities while driving engagement, retention, and business growth.
You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Content, and Leadership to identify opportunities, define product strategy, and bring impactful solutions to market.

  • Own and drive product initiatives from concept through launch and optimization
  • Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Develop and prioritize product roadmaps aligned with business goals
  • Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve activation, engagement, retention, and conversion
  • Design, execute, and evaluate experiments and A/B tests
  • Translate customer needs into intuitive product experiences
  • Conduct user interviews, customer research, and market analysis
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure successful delivery
  • Monitor key product metrics including activation, conversion, retention, churn, LTV, CSAT, CAC, and NPS
  • Partner with Growth and Marketing teams on acquisition and monetization initiatives
  • Drive continuous product improvements through data-driven decision making
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies

Your profile

  • 3+ years as Product Owner (m/f/d) experience in a digital product environment
  • Experience working on consumer-facing products
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Experience with product discovery and user research
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering teams
  • Experience writing product requirements and managing backlogs
  • Familiarity with agile product development methodologies
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment

  • Experience with growth products and monetization
  • German language skills
  • Experience working with behavioral psychology concepts
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Typeform, GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar
