What you convince with
You have hands-on experience in software engineering, ideally with a focus on networking.
You are proficient in Python and use it to build automation or backend solutions.
You have a solid understanding of networking fundamentals (e.g. routing, switching, protocols).
You are familiar with DevOps tools and workflows.
You understand the interaction between software, infrastructure and network layers.
You are comfortable working in Linux or system-near environments.
You take a proactive approach, driving ideas and solutions forward independently.
You work autonomously and are confident in taking ownership of your tasks and results.
You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
Ideally, you also have knowledge of German.
