By adhering to the EIT Health Entrepreneurship Education and Venture Support Unit, you will assess them during our admissions cycle and will guide them for an excellent learning experience and towards their successful graduation.
You will team up with the Head of Unit and the Unit’s team, learning designers, platforms managers, Profit & Growth Unit managers, etc. in the development of new programmes (i.e. Innovation Days, Residential / Summer Schools) while supporting the continuation of existing collaborations and activities such as the Girls in STEM initiative. You will lead its quality assurance, labelling and accreditation, imprinting an active and continuous improvement vision to portfolio development.
Occasional travel of 1-3 times per year may be required.
Role Responsibilities
- Admissions cycle: assessing profiles and candidates and guiding them towards the most suitable programme of the education and venture support portfolio, according to their moment, expectations and departing point.
- Development of new programmes such as the Levelling course in Entrepreneurship in Healthcare (three layers online course, from beginner to advanced level), the next wave of Innovation Days, or the EIT Health Residential / Summer School courses, from the call for consortiums’ publishing, to its public launch for learner enrolment. This would include support for the relevant consortium scouting, consortium meetings and management, project managing the content development process and the public launch of the educational service, etc.
- Providing all the required information to the Profit & Growth managers for a smooth and successful public launch of new programmes. Reviewing the existing ones from the financial sustainability and profit and growth perspective.
- Administrative and financial processes: reporting; managing invoices and developing reports in relation to the assigned programmes. Careful observance of Horizon Europe funds related needs and private funds management.
- Collaboration with other portfolio programmes and projects: identification of suitable candidates for future venture building scholarships; connecting innovators to lifelong learning opportunities, venture building, bootcamps, etc.
- European Final Competition (Innovation Days): supporting the agenda and event organisation in close collaboration with other fellow programme managers, events management, etc.
