Tasks
Demonstrate expert-level mechanical skills and lead by example in quality and efficiency
Mentor and support mechanics in skill development and workshop standards
Support team lead with key operational functions including training and quality
Contribute to projects and process improvement initiatives when required
Identify and highlight opportunities for improvement across workshop operations
Reinforce team objectives and contribute towards a positive working environment
Requirements
Expert-level knowledge of bicycle mechanics, maintenance, and repair
Proven experience working in a professional bicycle workshop environment
Demonstrated ability to mentor, train, and develop other mechanics
Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
