• You monitor the data center's technical equipment and ensure stable operation without downtime.
• You will be responsible for carrying out regular maintenance work to ensure that all systems are operational.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all contractual agreements with customers regarding service level agreements (SLAs) are adhered to.
• You will ensure compliance with standards and legal regulations as well as the implementation of specified workflows.
• You coordinate the deployment of external companies and suppliers and monitor their work in the data center to ensure smooth cooperation.
